Eagle Property Company, LLC is a real estate consulting company based in Atlanta, Georgia. Our founders, Charles Skogen and Anna Wallace, started Eagle Property Company in the Spring of 2022 after working in the residential real estate industry for several years.

Our primary purpose has always been to clear up the confusion that so many homeowners experience when faced with the question of “What should I do to my home to ensure it sells for a good price?”.
With so many contractors in residential real estate willing to say anything to get your money, we work with a policy of total honesty. Our pricing structure is laid out before we even see your property, so you know what to expect based on your homes condition and size.

Charles Skogen
Charles found his real estate start in the Atlanta market in 2018 when he worked with Legacy Homes Investment, a rising-star investment firm in the area. His family had worked in real estate their entire adult lives. He saw first-hand the impact that good, honest business has on the homeowners he worked with and realized the need for transparency in real estate.
Anna Wallace
Anna has been fascinated by real estate investments since she was 18, constantly crunching numbers and looking for opportunities. With a strong accounting and sales background, she was looking for her next step when Charles presented the opportunity to start Eagle Property Company together. Anna was thrilled to take on the role of co-founder.
